With people’s awareness enhanced of environmental protection, the decrease instocks of non-renewable resources such as oil and coal, as well as due to the constraintsof battery performance, life, price and other aspects, Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) asthe transition to a pure Electric Vehicle (EV) from fuel vehicle quickly become a hot spotof the vehicle development at home and abroad. The motor drive control technology asone of the key technologies of HEV control performance directly affects the dynamics ofthe vehicle, fuel economy.Because of high efficiency, large starting torque, high powerdensity, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) has been widely used in HEV.In this paper, it has focused on the HEV PMSM vector control drive system.This paper firstly describes the characteristics and development of HEV PMSMdrive control system and has made a systematic ananlysis of the key technologies in HEV.Based on the analysis of HEV PMSM driver control working principle, this paperestablish the mathematical model and analysis the basic electromagnetic relationship forthe internal PMSM. In order to overcome the conventional speed PI control be difficultto adapt to the complex traffic and motor parameters of nonlinear changes and resultingin motor speed control performance is not expective in motor driver system, this paperfocuses on the design of speed Fuzzy-PI control and field-weakening speed control, andtakes a simulation for PMSM vector control system under the invironment ofMatlab/Simulink, meanwhile, it compares with the results which takes speed PI controlstrategy. The simulation results show that the speed response which takes speed fuzzy PIcontrol strategy reduce the overshoot and shorten the response time, and imprvoe theability for PMSM adjustment, besides, field-weakening control expands the speedoperating range of PMSM.Finally, this paper has designed software and hardware for PMSM vector controlbased on the chip of dsPIC30F6010A, and related experiments are carried out whichverify the feasibility of PMSM Fuzyy-PI speed control in this paper proposed.
