Hydraulic Engineering Environmental Risk Assessment

Since ancient times, people of various water projects and basic activities areclosely linked, Hydraulic Engineering is the nature of the surface water andgroundwater control, management, deployment, protection, development and use ofpesticides in order to achieve the purpose built Hennessy project. However, with therapid development of China’s water conservancy and construction of the urgent needfor further comprehensive study of environmental risk evaluation system for waterprojects the domestic water control environment risk assessment is not a completeevaluation system.This paper close connection with the question of China’s water conservancyenvironmental risk, analysis of domestic and international water projects of existingresearch results and to build water conservancy comprehensive evaluation indexsystem of environmental risk, presented comprehensive evaluation of the basichydraulic method, combined with a comprehensive water control project case studiesin Changsha. Papers include the following:(1) Analysis of the current status of China’s water conservancy projects ofenvironmental risks that point the exist in the main types of environmental risk in ourcountry, then we described hydraulic comprehensive evaluation index system of thenecessity and urgency, analyze and summarize key water conservancy projects athome and abroad comprehensive evaluation of environmental risks dynamic study andthe main results.(2) Indicate the environmental risk and environmental risk assessment of theconcept, the comprehensive environmental risk assessment of hydraulic Engineeringbasic steps, namely: the preparation stage, the environmental risk identification phase,the establishment of indicators, the risk assessment stage and integrated environmentalrisk management stage.(3) Proposed hydro project environmental risk evaluation index system toestablish the principles and methods of environmental risk from the water, andecological health risks and public health risks of three water-control environmentalrisk to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system. List of list of proposedmethod, correlation matrix method, the level of environmental risk analysis and othercomprehensive evaluation method. (4) Combined with comprehensive water control project in Changsha instance,the use of the proposed hydro project environmental risk evaluation index system andevaluation method for comprehensive evaluation of the results of its analysis andevaluation of relevant risk management measures are given.
