| Wall thermal performance of quality plays a vital role on building energy consumption, and the energy consumption issues particularly in building is one of the focus of today’s society. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, a large number of new green, environmentally friendly energy-saving materials emerged, bamboo also has these excellent characteristics.This article study the thermal characteristics of the bamboo structure wall dy experiment. Due to the thermophysical properties of the bamboo itself plays a decisive role in the heat transfer, first tested its thermal conductivity and analysis of its relationship with temperature.Steady heat transfer performance of the wall is characterized by the heat transfer coefficient commonly, using calibrated hot box method to measure its heat transfer coefficients under the different thickness and temperature in the laboratory. Due to external unstable outdoor air comprehensive temperature disturbance, the heat transfer process in actual walls is non-steady state process. Through the establishment of bamboo structure experiment room test its the temperature and heat flux and summarize the change rule, discusses the non-steady state heat transfer process.Research results show that the thermal conductivity of bamboo increases with increasing temperature, and with common building wall materials compared the coefficient of thermal conductivity is much smaller. Therefore, with the bamboo as a building wall material can achieve favorable insulation effect and energy-saving purpose. With calibrated hot box method can accurately measure the wall heat transfer coefficient, the higher the temperature, the heat transfer coefficient of bamboo plywood components larger, and compared to the heat transfer coefficient of traditional wall only need very thin thickness can achieve the same heat transfer coefficient. Under natural condition namely the non-fixed room-temperature wall model, in the summer of bamboo structure wall of unsteady heat transfer process much more significantly than in winter. With the periodic disturbance of outdoor temperature, the temperature of bamboo structure wall also regular changes over time, the temperature wave appear delays and attenuation phenomenon. |
