In reinforce engineering of yaan Posts and Telecommunications construction,Whenreinforce negative moment section of beam by using carbon fiber sheet, owing tonegative moment section is crossed by beam, board and column, site operation’scondition is complex,it’s hard to meet the requiring of carbon sheet anchorage length. Atpresent, engineering worker often adopt the method of extending carbon fiber sheet tocolumn and adding carbon fiber sheet hoop on the corner, but engineering experienceproved the anchorage effect is not very perfect. The other method is strengthening beamby reinforcing effective width precinct board by the beam, carbon fiber sheet round thecolumn in this method, it can solve the anchorage issue but reduce the reinforced effect.Furthermore owing to the limit of execution conditions, in many cases such reinforceapproach can’t be adopted. Therefore, the anchorage problem appears particularly urgentin the engineering of reinforcing the negative moment section by using carbon fibersheet.at first, the theoretical basis of reinforced concrete structure finite element analysisare introduced in this article, then loading destructive process of reinforced beam issimulated by ansys software, through interpretation of results of finite elementanalogy,we can achevie the conclusion that steel plate anchorage method can enhancebeaming resistance limit bearing capacity of reinforcement member and the anchoragemethod is reliable and effective,it can afford to effective data evidence forpractical engineering, thus the resource is saved and effect is ensured.finite element analytic result were used in engineering practice in this article,through locale loading test,we can achevie the conclusion that steel plate anchoragemethod is reliable and effective,it is able to valid guaranty nonoccurrencedesquamation in negative bending moment region, visibility enhance bearing capacity ofbeam.through the analyses of finite element computation and field results,we can get that finite element model and loading failure condition used in this article is rightness,the results can react stress-strain status of preferablethrough the analyses of finite element computation and field results,we can getthat finite element model and loading failure condition used in this article is rightness,the results can react stress-strain status of reinforced bar andthrough the analyses of finite element computation and field results,we can getthat finite element model and loading failure condition used in this article is rightness,the results can react stress-strain status of reinforced bar and carbon fiber sheetpreferably,and the crack formation and develop of concrete structure is simulated besttoo,so the finite element analysis results can be utilized in locale strengthen of concretestructure. it follows that authentic data obtained by finite element analysis had veryimportantly means with regard to engineering practice and steel plate muck baranchorage method is reliable.
