With the rapid development of our construction industry,a lot of construction waste aregenerated,and most of them are waste concrete.Deal with the waste concrete not only needhuge sums of money, it also is harmto the natural and social environment. In addition, makingconcrete with a large number of exploitation of natural sand, those serious damage theecological environment.In order to solve these problems, the recycled concrete research isimperative.A large number of studies indicate that the mechanics properties and durability ofrecycled aggregates concrete are worse than common concrete, so compared with ordinaryconcrete structure performance, recycled aggregates concrete structure performance hasdifferent rate reduce. This seriously hindered the recycled concrete application in engineering.As we all know, composite construction can make the steel and concrete two different naturesof the materials the trivial, maximizing their own advantages. If the recycled concrete used incombination of the structure, can make up for the shortage of recycled concrete, and has theadvantages of the structure, this will be for regeneration in structure engineering applicationof concrete provide wider road. Therefore, this article from the experiment start, research ofsteel reinforced recycled concrete beams force performance, the bearing capacity of concretebeams to influence factors were analyzed, and on the basis of test data, verify the existingordinary steel reinforced concrete beams of the mechanics calculation formula for steelreinforced recycled concrete beams adaptability.Base on the experimental results of three steel reinforced recycled aggregates concretebeams and one steel reinforced normal concrete beam; study the steel reinforced recycledaggregates concrete beams’ bending performance, failure modes, deformation characteristics.Through the analysis of the test data, study the effects of different kinds of reinforcement ratio,different aggregate replace rate on steel reinforced recycled aggregates concrete section stressand regeneration of ultimate bearing capacity, cracking bending moment and influence. Fromthe ultimate strength of the reinforced concrete beam theory and plane crosssectionassumption, discuss more tallies with the actual situation of the bearing capacity calculationformula.Based on the experimental study and analysis of a large number of documents, this paperconcluded: (1)the destroy form of steel recycled concrete beams with steel ordinary concretebeams failure mode is basic and same, it has the obvious elastic, craze, yield and limit fourstages.(2)In the reinforcement ratio and contain steel rate the same situation, sections ofrecycled concrete beams limit bearing capacity and steel ordinary concrete beams than limitbearing capacity, and no decrease.(3)From the limit load of steel recycled aggregate concrete beams to the final damage,experienced a long process, the deformation of growth for the component, slow down bearingcapacity, the existence of the steel beams that the ductility of the become very good.(4)The current structure procedures can be applied to the steel-regeneration of concretestructure, and the calculation results degree is good.
