Along with the rapid development of China’s manned space mission in last two decades, space science research has made great progress. Development of Space Microgravity Active Vibration Isolation System (SMAVIS), which provides the necessary vibration isolation means for experiment payloads, extends and enhances the space research supporting capacity, has the important significance for China’s manned space mission.In order to realize the3-D position measurement of SMAVIS, avoid the new disturbance of contact measurement, we adapt2D-PSD as non contact measurement detector. According the constrain condition of this system, establish the mathematic model of3-D position measurement and establish the position measure system. Meanwhile an automatic test system is designed to improve the measure accuracy. Binary quadratic polynomial correction method is used to calculate the real value of the light spot position on PSD sensor and finally get the non-linear correction function of the PSD. From this way, the measurement error is reduced evidently and the measure range is enlarged, so that the2D-PSD meets the demand of non contact measure in the SMAVIS.The electronic unit of SMAVIS takes TMS320F2812, ADS1258, KSZ8851and PC as core. TI DSP is used as the master controller for data processing, store and transfer. The position messages of PSD translate into voltage signal, the module of ADS1258completes the analog-digital conversion, through the software programming to calculate the3D-position coordinate. Ksz8851is used as internet controller for communication module, according the chip initial; data send and receive control, data package then realize the data transmission to PC.This article systematically introduces the application of2D-PSD in Space Microgravity Active Vibration Isolation System, include vibration isolation task analysis, the project design of3D position measure, the constitute of electronics module, the test and calibration of PSD, data acquisition and transmission. The research provides the well technology support to machine development of Space Microgravity Active Vibration Isolation System.
