Solar energy is the main way to solve the crisis in the future, the most direct and effective way to use solar energy is solar cells, and the dye-sensitized solar cells is low cost and easier to prepared than silicon-based solar cells; electrospinning is well controllable, easily to doped and need simple equipment when it is used to prepare dye-sensitized solar cells, which will be one of the promising way in the future.In this dissertation, we get the best conditions of electrospinning technique used to prepare the photoanode of dye-sensitized solar cells by experiment, synthesize a series of particle which may be doped into the TiO2film and carbon counter electrode with hydrothermal method, analyzed the samples with SEM, XRD and other methods, assembled into solar cells with the photoanode and counter electrode and tested the performance of the solar cells and we found that the film thickness, the Ag nanorods doped into film, and the proficiency of assemble process were the main factors affecting the properties of the solar cells; fabricated the LaPO4nanoribbons by electrospinning, investigated the mechanism by summarizing experiment phenomena.
