| Through extensive research, comprehensive introduction to the manyaspects of the LED luminous principles, technical standards, theadvantages and disadvantages of LED light source, the overalldevelopment of the LED industry status and the future of the LEDindustry development trend of LED lighting industry specific information.This article focuses on the application prospects of the LED light sourceas the next generation of green light source in the nonimaging opticaldesign, Ingenious theory of optical extension of the nonimaging optics,edge-ray principle, and the flow-line theory and elliptical geometricalproperties of the combination put forward the theory of ellipticalflow-line, and combined with the existing common light distribution as aLambertian light-emitting LED light source design the Fresnel reflector to specific regions on the target plane uniform distribution. Specificapplication examples are given for the theory of elliptical flow-lines. First,the conduct of the Lambertian LED light source flux divided equally,followed by application of the elliptical flow-line design method toachieve the actual situation the focus of the pairing, the final applicationof optical simulation software optimization, simulation and verificationreflector projection effects. The experimental data show that ellipticalflow-line design method can not only be the second uniform lightdistribution on the LED spotlight, but also to avoid the introduction ofdispersion in the design process, greatly reduce the difficulty of thenonimaging optical design, and to achieve the target surface higherillumination uniformity of the projection effect. Of this instance, thesimulation of the actual indoor lighting environment to study theprojected effects of light in the3meters away,1.2meters diametercircular illumination area related technical parameters including thedistribution curve of the lighting within the area illumination anduniformity, lighting security and mirrors in the process of the mechanicaltolerances on the impact of projection effects. Simulation results showthat the designs in this paper are safe, reliable, simple and feasible. |
