Steam regenerator is a kind of water storage medium heat steam pressure vessel whichcan realize the smooth connection of the steam system between the boiler and the hotusers,and makes the supply side and the users reach a continuous and stable balance, so as tomaintain boiler’s stable operation, and improve the boiler combustion efficiency. This paperestablishes a small steam regenerator, thermal test system, respectively adopts saturated steamand the superheated steam as filling the steam source, studies filling-releasing steamcharacteristics of steam regenerator.1. In the use of saturated steam as steam source, at first, the analysis of regulatingcharacteristic of bypass valve is done by author when the saturated steam flows isolatedthrough bypass pipeline. Then, the author analyzed the steam regenerator’s pure fillingprocess when the filling valve has been set different tension values. At last, the analysis ofSteam regenerator’s characteristics within consecutive2times filling and releasing processeshave been done by author. The result shows that when using saturated steam as steam sourcer,control valve can adjust so that boiler pressure fluctuation is small, filling valve pressurefluctuation is less than0.01MPa.2. In the use of superheated steam as steam source, at first, the author analyses theworking characteristics of bypass valve and filling valve; Then, analysis of the steamregenerator’s filling and releasing characteristics respectively is done when the boiler’scombustion condition is different and the filling valve is set different values; At last, theauthor analyzed the filling and releasing characteristics of steam regenerator many times andrepeatedly in the case of the boiler’s maximum load. The result shows that when usingsuperheated steam as steam source of steam regenerator,The control valve can steady pressureof boiler drum and superheater in low fluctuation. The fluctuation of pressure of boiler drumis below0.009MPa, and the fluctuation of pressure of boiler is below0.023MPa. So this set ofsteam regenerator system can be applied in filling and releasing steam’s occasion under thedifferent ways of exhausting steam.Through the experiment and analysis about the above processes, we combine measuringparameters trend of change of steam regenerator in the hot filling process and heat releaseprocess system,and obtain some factors which may cause these parameters change in these two processes to the steam regenerator, also provide some experience for reference for howthe whole steam regenerator’s system runs more smoothly.
