High-Speed Ship run fast, but instability, that request operators must have more highermanipulate skill, its simulator is the device using modern simulation technology to simulatereal ship sailing and landing, making the operators hold the manipulate skill faster. Comparewith the real ship, have decreasing real sailing time, saving fuel, and uncontrol with the filedand time, increasing the train efficiency, this requires performance between simulators andreal ship are highly real line, but the transport delay is one of the most impotent reasonredusing reality degree.Firstly, focuse on the transport delay in the high-speed ship training simulator, usingclassical lead/lag compensation, and aiming the shortcoming design improve compensatiom,uses approximate method calculate its two time constant, and analytics compensate effect ofdifferent delay and gain, simulation results proved modified lead/lag compemsator caneffectually compensate the transport delay in the simulator, but little compensate ability onlong transport delays.Secondly, focuse on the shortcoming of modified lead/lag compensator, dezigneMcFarland transport delay compensation based on least sqeart method, use least sqeartdezigne three coffidences of the velocity, had making the application field of thiscongpensation becoming more abroad. Simulation results prove this compemsation caneffectually compensate the long transport delay in the simulator, accordingly, making up theshortcoming of the modified lead/lag compensator.However, the iterative accounts of McFarland transport delay compensation based onleast sqeart method are excessive, base on these reasons, the real-time adaptive McFarlandcompensation are dezigned. The cost function of McFarland transport delay compensationbase on least sqeart method is modified, holding the function and defining new parametercalled real-time adaptive, that can adjusts its size with windage in the simulator. Simulationresults prove this compemsation can effectually compensate the transport delay in thesimulator, making up the shortcoming of the modified lead/lag compensator and McFarlandtransport delay compensation based on least sqeart, the compensate ability is both strong onshort and long transport delay in the hign-speed ship training simulator.
