UHPCC is a new kind of cementitious composites with excellent mechanical property,high pressure yield (bigger than100MPa), high toughness and durability. Permanent formmade of UHPCC, composite structure, has many advantages. It not only provids goodsurroundings to the steels and concrete of the structure, but also enhances the load bearing.Entirety assembling and quick construction make the UHPCC permanent form structure fitthe request of the construction industrialization.The paper analyses the mechanics of the hybrid pier and column with circular incross-section when it is destroyed, and shows the computational formulas for normalcondition by getting the axial strain of the structure. The paper also shows the computationalformula for the limit condition based on the relevant code by considering strap effect. Thenthe expressions of analysis for the structure in biasing pressed condition, and the methods, aregiven by consulting with the relevant code. The results from the expressions are secure toengineering. The method of the structure in biasing pressed condition based on the relevantcode is also shown.The design expression for load bearing of bending UHPCC hybrid beam and compositebeam are given by the comparing of analysis results, approaching results, and simulation. Andthe paper shows a simply formula, with a factor of the ratio of shear distance and beam’seffective height, for the design of a UHPCC hybrid beam under shear conditions. The formulais based on the regression of the numerical simulation results, and the formula in the relevantcode is also considered in the method. The formula can evaluate the shear load bearing ofUHPCC hybrid beam in engineering design in security. In addition, the paper shows thedestroyed progress of the UHPCC hybrid beam by numerical simulation.Compared with the common concrete structure, UHPCC composite structure canenhance the load bearing by a large margin. Its shear load bearing is almost as much as twiceof the common ones in especial. UHPCC permanent form composite structure has an alluringprospect, for its superiority of saving material, improving durability, less maintaining, and fastconstruction.
