| The content of this dissertation is the research on the experimental device and measuringhydrodynamic curve of fin stabilizer at zero speed.Stabilizing the ship at zero speed is adifficult problem and the key of this problem is measuring the hydrodynamic curve of thefin stabilizer,based on the curve,the fin stabilizer could be controlled effiently and the shipcould be stabilized.The hydrodynamic curve is always obtained by theoreticalcalculations,but this method could not obtain the curve accurately,so this thesis build theexpertimental device and measure the hydrodynamic curve of the fin stabilizer withexperimental method.Based on the expertimental curve,make the research on the controlstrategy of the fin stabilizer at zero speed.First,design the experimental device of the zero speed fin stabilizer. The most accuratemethod of measuring the hydrodynamic curve is making the pool experiment,but the cost ofthis method is high and the condition of the lab is not permitted.This devie is designed andusing the water sink simulates the expertimental environment,the torque motor drives the finto flap in the water,the sensor meaure the force and the data will be save in the computer.Second,debug the device and verify its accuracy.After the debugging,make thehydrodynamic experiment,measure the hydrodynamic force of three different fin shape indifferent cyles in sine wave.Build the modle of the zero speed fin stabilizer,calculate thehydrodynamic force of the fin stabilizer with theoretical calculations.Compare the theoreticaldata to the experimental data,and a conclusion could be obtained.Using three different finstabilizer do the experiment,obtain three different hydrodynamic curve compare the data andevaluate the effect of deformation.Last,make a preliminary research on the contol strategy of the zero speed finstabilizer.The hydrodynamic force of the zero speed stabilizer is related to its position,speedand acceleration,so balancing the relationship of the three variable is important.The strategywill optimize the control parameter so that the good effect could be obtained.Using theexperimental data correct the model of the fin stabilizer,simulate the process and compare theresult.The thesis design the experimental device,analysis the working principle,do the systemdebugging,do the hydrodynamic experiment with three different fin stabilizer,obtain threehydrodynamic curve,research the control strategy of the fin stabilizer and do the simulation. |
