The Open-Path Fourier Transform Infrared (OP-FTIR) Spectrometer is a newonline instrument of environmental testing. It’s widely used for atmosphericcomposition detection, vehicle exhaust monitoring, combustion gas compositionanalysis. Domestic instruments develop slowly in the OP-FTIR spectrometer.This dissertation is from the project of Institute, which requires a working band3300cm-1700cm-1, a resolution of1cm-1OP-FTIR spectrometer, and promote thedevelopment of China-made test equipment to break down foreign companymonopoly.The main task of this thesis is the optical system design of OP-FTIR spectrometer.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different structural forms, theinfrared optical materials and properties, determined the basic structure ofpre-telephoto optical system, interfere system and laser positioning system, andcalculate the initial structural parameters of the optical components, select thematerial of the optical elements. Through the optical transfer function and theevaluation of the wave front error, use the Zemax to optimize initial parameter,achieve the system design requirements. Based on the Monte Carlo error analysis todetermine the precision design of various optical components and mechanicalstructures, to ensure that the precision design is a reasonable design, draw out theoptical path diagram and optical parts diagram; according to the design results tobuild a OP-FTIR spectrum analyzer system, research light adjustment method andimplemented it. Obtain the signal of laser interferometer.
