Goguryeo regime has great impact on our country. They established multiple castles with unique defensive in mountainous of eastern Liaoning. They are used to resist conquest from Central forces. Liaoning Goguryeo sites, with less relics protection research and investigations, have almost all about to five women mountain fortress for the protection of the principles, measures and strategies which make the protection of sites very macro. The lack of specific and operational is the most important problem.At the beginning of this text, the author describes the relics of Goguryeo on the mountain based on a certain status. Then put forward the problems of protection with their own special. After three questions based on chapters, author analysis one byone and proposed solutions in the back of the text.First, all-round protection of Goguryeo sites is unrealistic in such an unfavorable condition because of the large number and.the limited protection of capital and human resources around the mountain of Liaodong hilly areas. To solve this difficulty, this article suggests the overall protection of Goguryeo mountain sites should be treated as targeted. Then to the Goguryeo ruins of detail, research and analysis of the status of quo and the environment is nessecerty. At last set a classification system of sites.
