In recent years, along with the economy of rapid development, and also give a lot of bridgebrought a lot of challenges, due to increase traffic transportation, and led to many already builtBridges unbearable heavy burden in succession appear all sorts of diseases, such as continuousgirder bridge under flexible, crack, bridge pier beam body sinking, and so on, this means that alarge Bridges are faced with reinforcement. The external prestressing as a method of prestressedafter a kind, because in vitro prestressed strengthening simple, convenient, in the strengtheningof bridge, do not affect traffic line recovery and improve the bearing the bridge has certainadvantages, in recent years more and more is used in the reinforcement of the bridge.This paper to changchun Fu feng grant bridge to rely on, externally prestressedreinforcement engineering to the general situation of the external prestressing system, thecomposition of externally prestressed reinforcement, the finite element simulation, the externalprestressed reinforcement engineering construction supervision of the thorough and carefulresearch.First of all, to existing bridge of the disease in analysis, more commonly used thereinforcement method. And the concept of externally prestressed reinforcement technology,expounds the detailed description of externally prestressed tendons structure and application.Also with Midas/Civil stretching tendons process simulation, through the simulation results saidthe reinforcement method is accurate and feasible, and reuse of the large bridge constructionprocess of strengthening Fu feng real-time monitoring of the accuracy of the simulation resultsprove, through the Fu feng big bridge stress and deflection of the monitoring data from the resultshowed that in the construction process of stress and the deflection changes are calculated intheory under control, and the whole process girders compressive stress reserve obvious, bridgespans the linear also get a good recovery.Finally, according to the big bridge Fu feng stress and deflection monitoring results forfuture in vitro prestressed strengthening research provided valuable information.
