However, there are still a lot of problems for new and old concretes inpractical engineering because of the complexity of its adhesive section. Generally, the mainway of researching new and old concretes reinforcement engineering is experimental analysisand experience analysis. Considering the security and the economy of reinforcementengineering, special research on new and old concrete is necessary. New and old concretebinding influence factors of performance are very much, such as concrete materialcharacteristics, combined with surface roughness, steel material strength, diameter, embeddeddepth and binder. The article has researched new and old concrete binding performanceproblems based on the analysis of engineering practice at home and abroad and determined asimple model for new and old concrete binding with rebar state. It determines the fractaldimension and the relationship between the sand filling method based on experimental study,avoiding the fractal dimension method complex and not exactly for sand filling method,provided reliable basis for roughness of next new measuring old concrete. According to face tobe combined with plant steel, this paper studies the origin fitting implant reinforced depth andthe relationship between tensile bearing capacity and probes into the implant depth in thetension of steel reinforced influence.This paper uses finite element software Ansys modeling, analysing lower-part repairedreinforced concrete beams with completing bond deteriorating between new to old concreteinterface and among them the steel using two nodes link8unit, concrete with8nodes solid65unit. With APDL language programming, simulating stress state of lower-part repairedreinforced concrete beams with completing bond deteriorating between new to old concrete. Atlast it analyses strain cloud in the cross section the different stress, gathering the data in thecloud, using data fitting principle and then making sure the degradation of the beam lower-partrepaired reinforced concrete beams with completing bond deteriorating between new and oldconcretes on the changes of the height.
