With the development of the industrial automation, the electric actuator is more and morewidely used in chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, petroleum and new energy.Electric actuator driven by electric energy, which control the AC motor by micro controlleraccording to the deviation between the specified value of signal and the value of feedback ofthe value position and output displacement through the executive body. Finally, it will controlthe value automatically.Based on foreign advanced electric actuator control technology and the backward situationof our country’s electric actuator, this paper introduced fuzzy PID control algorithm,microcomputer control technology, sensor technology, infrared remote sensing technology andserial communication technology into the design of intelligent electric actuator, designed anintelligent electric actuator. Its control module is microcontroller and it has abundant functionsincluding online indicator, automatic detection, automatic diagnosis, Intelligent Communicationand self-protection.The principal tasks of this paper as follows:1. After reads and refer to a large amount of the related literature, the analysis of the currentsituation of the intelligence electric actuators in the world. The paper finished the overall designof the intelligence electric actuators according to the design requirements and the workingprinciple of the electric actuators.3. In this paper, detailed introduction the design of hardware circuit of each functionmodule and given a relate circuit diagram. And analyzes why we choose this design, which isadvantages. The mainly hardware circuit as follows: driver modules hardware circuit, the powermodules hardware circuit, the control module hardware, the protection module hardware circuitand the man-machine interface module hardware circuit. 4.Detailed introduced how to realize precisely control of the valve、accurate adjustment ofthe motor speed、set parameter by infrared remote sensor、real-time display of LCD through thesoftware. The system software design mainly includes: the software design of motor controlstrategy、the software design of mode selecting、the software design of motor protection and thesoftware of man-machine interface. Further research fuzzy PID algorithm and use to control theAC motor, which will improve the control accuracy of the electric actuators.5.Serial port correspondence technology, which realize the network control for theintelligent electric actuators, use to design PC software.6. Finally, Summarized the paper, and point out some ideas for the future research.
