| The actuator system,as the executing mechanism of the missile flight controlsystem,achieves the flight attitude control of missile by driving the deflection of aconrol surface.In the motion of the control surfaces,the actuator system will receivethe actions from different loaded torques.In this paper the load characteristics arestudied for a kind of big power electric actuator system,and then its special loadinstrument is developed and produced,lastly a testing is carried out and its result isanalyzed.From the result,the study reaches the following aims:optimizing theperformance of the actuator system,and inproving its load characteristics.Firstly,on the basis of analysis of the composition of the actuator system andits operation principle,multi-parameter system model is set,and then the influencesof waried parameters to the system are analyzed under a load condition.Bychoosingseasonably the mechanical characteristics of motor,it matches with the outputcharacteristics of the actuator.Secondly,after considering some parameters and factors of the transmissionratio, moment of inertia and so on, a transnission mechanism is chosencorrectly.The stiffness of the transmission system is analyzed and calculated indetails.Lastly,a kind of compact mechanical device is designed to achieve theanti-steering load,which is easy for fine processing.The load characteristics of thebig power electric actuator system are proven by a testing. |
