Tunnel Engineering and underground engineering has been applied to variousengineering fields, playing a significant role in economic development. The reasonsof why it can get much attention to develop fastly are: the growing shortage ofurban ground space, in order to protect the terrestrial environment (historicbuildings and natural landscape), to uninterruptible ground transportation, canmake full use of underground space. Thus emerged the various types of tunnel. Thetunnel Engineering has its unique complexity, each tunnel has its owncharacteristics, different terrain conditions, the surrounding rock conditions, tostress conditions, construction conditions. The exclusion of such factors, mainlybecause of the rock support a complex technology, and particularly strongcomprehensive geotechnical engineering problems related to the surrounding rockof regional, personalized, comprehensive, spatial and temporal effects andenvironmental effects to the tunnel the construction has brought many challenges,the design and construction personnel to be facing a lot of technical problems inorder to solve.In order to solve so many problems of shield segment lining in the tunnelengineering, first proposed Composite Cylinder Lining with Steel skeleton andsteel reinforced concrete support sorrounding rock structure. In this paper, from thefollowing aspects of the steel skeleton of steel concrete lining structure.1) The first part briefly outlines the background and significance of thisresearch project, reviewed the situation and development trend of the tunnelconstruction works at home and abroad, introduces the common types of tunnelconstruction, the contents of this article and a brief introduction of thisstudyapproach.2) On the basis of previous studies, first proposed the feasibility of using thesteel skeleton of steel concrete composite structure tunnel construction on itsworking mechanism, on the construction program is given.3) Before the premise of the construction process to meet its feasibility, need tobe further from the force and deformation on its deep-level argumentation andanalysis. In large-scale non-linear finite element software ANSYS to createthree-dimensional computational model of the steel skeleton of steel concretecylinder wall, the actual simulation of rock pressure, force analysis, analysis of the distribution of the stress force in the construction process and tube walldeformation. Then the thickness of the tube wall to explore to get the bestconstruction program.4) By numerical results on the steel skeleton of steel concrete-walled tube,starting from the technical and economic aspects, comparing with the normal liningmethod to make reasonable suggestions.
