With the increasing distribution grids capacity, the original neutral point directlyto ground is increasingly unable to meet the development requirements of the powersystem, it is necessary to transform the existing neutral grounding modes from thefundamental to further improve the power grid operation security and economy.The neutral point is not grounded; the arc suppression coil grounding andgrounding via low resistance of the three systems were analyzed and compared. Onthis basis, with the status of the grid for the coastal region, the need for thetransformation of the small resistance of the neutral point; selection of equipmentinvolved in the rehabilitation programs of small resistance, protection configurationand tuning, construction techniques, such as the technical aspects of carried out adetailed analysis and research.Using the MATLAB Power System Simulation Toolbox Protection of MainTransformer region, the external fault simulation to study the transformation of smallresistor for the Protection of Main Transformer; disconnection problem of distributionlines, found by simulation the effective amount of the fault characteristics, judgmentand operating criteria of the single-phase fault and distribution network. The articlealso through in-depth study of the grade trip together with the power grid cascadingfailure caused the accident, to improve the program. |
