Self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete have the characteristics of ordinaryconcrete and lightweight aggregate concrete. It is mainly used in high-rise buildings andlarge-span structures, the usage can greatly reduce the structural weight and noise pollution, and it also can improve seismic performance and thermal insulation performance of structure.By insulating masonry and of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete compositeframe structures composed of insulation structure, constructional column and circle beam ispoured of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete, a new kind of load-bearing wall ofenergy saving. Masonry structure as a whole to achieve a single objective of energy-savingwall material, realized the integration of structure and thermal insulation. Since the basicmechanical properties of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete composite framestructures, this article mainly study on the workability and mechanical performance ofself-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete.1. Mix proportion design of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete. Fixed gravelvolume calculation method and calculation method are used to calculate the mix, and thenusing orthogonal design method, analysis on gravel, sand、fly ash and water-reducingfactors influence concrete performance, access to meet the requirements of the optimal mix.2. Study on the workability of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete. According tothe evaluation criteria and methods of SCLC, combined with slump-flow test, L-box test andJ-ring test to analyze the mobility, deformability and reinforced through ability. Preparation tomeet the performance requirements of concrete.3. Study on the basic mechanical properties of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete.According to "Ordinary Concrete Mechanics Test Method Standard" and "The Design andConstruction of Self-Compacting Concrete Guidelines", the following aspects are tested:compressive strength, split tensile strength, rupture strength, elasticity modulus, Poisson’sratio and constitutive relation. The compressive strength of concrete cubes are prepared byaverage of29.02Mpa, meet the requirements of SCLC25strength; splitting tensile strengthand flexural strength are respectively of2.06Mpa and1.72Mpa, slightly less than commonconcrete; modulus of elasticity for the Ec=2.2x104Mpa, Poisson’s ratio of0.21, constitutiverelation provide the mechanical parameters for theoretical analysis and finite elementnumerical simulation.4. Study on early shrinkage performance of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete.Won the43days of shrinkage strain of5x10-4, higher than common concrete.5. Study on the bond behavior of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete and steel.By steel pull-out test, bond strength can be obtained, change rule of bond stress with steel barembedded length can also be obtained. On the basis of these, affecting factors can beanalyzed.
