| A subframe is the key component of a dump, impacts on the performance and life ofa vehicle. So the static and dynamic analysis is indispensable in order to improve thequality of the vehicle, and it is indispensable to predict fatigue life to prevent great losscaused early fracture.This thesis accomplishes static and dynamic analysis characteristics of a Subframewith ANSYS, and carries fatigue life prediction with FE-SAFE. The main contents inthis paper include:1. Establish finite element model of the subframe in ZJZ3250Dumper. Accordingto a subframe structure, the three dimension CAD model is created; after materialproperties are set, element meshes are divided, finite element model is established.2. Static analysis structure of the subframe. On the base of the finite element model,the three typical working conditions of bending, twisting and lifting is simulated, Invarious of conditions stress distribution rules and stress cloud are provided, the strengthof the subframe meets the design requirements is verified.3. Dynamic analysis structure of the subframe. The subframe was completed freemodal analysis, natural frequencies and mode vibration of the former10rank is gained,which provides a basis for improver structure.4. Fatigue life prediction of the subframe. On the base of the static analysis, usingthe FE-SAFE software power load coefficient and material data are set, fatigue lifeanalysis of the subframe is proceed, fatigue damage is forecast.This paper verifies whether the subframe meets the requirement or not, and thefatigue analysis carried on predicts the life of the subframe, which provides a basis forimprover subframe structure. |
