As people’s living standards improve, people’s living environment requirements arerising, the elevator has become a21st century building an indispensable means of transport,no motor room, a small electrical room, group control, integrated control, remotemonitoring technology will be on the main elevator to the industry in the future. Thisin-depth study on the basis of the theory. To understand the current lack of integrationproducts. The integration of control, high-performance vector control technology,high-speed highly reliable communications system for the target design of a CANbus-based elevator control system integration.Paper first describes the structure of the elevator control system, described domesticproduct of the existing elevator controller integration, and in accordance with the existingdefects in the product design a flexible CAN bus-based elevator control system integratedstructure, an effective solution the inadequacies of existing products.Followed by a detailed analysis of this integrated controller in the elevator several keytechnologies. For high-performance vector control, the article first step: analysis of vectorcontrol of induction motor based on mathematical models.Step two: According to theelevator motor control feature requests proposed for the elevator motor drive system ofinduction motor slip frequency vector control. The third step: In order to solve the lowspeed operation of motor current waveform distortion caused by torque ripple problem, combined with current technology, a variety of advantages and disadvantages of dead-timecompensation, this paper presents an easy to use software implementation of the method:the average error voltage compensation method and combined effects of eliminating zerocurrent clamp method can well improve the low speed torque ripple problem. Finally, thedevelopment of the elevator dedicated CAN bus protocol, which can effectively achieve theelevator communication system reliability and stability.Article then describes the parts of the system software and hardware design. Hardwaredesign, including: motor drive power circuit parts, motor drive control circuit, the encodersignal acquisition circuit, current sampling, overcurrent and undervoltage protection circuitvoltage. Software design including: slip frequency vector control, elevator controlself-learning operating conditions, the normal operating conditions and other program flow. Finally, the article analyzes and summarizes the experimental results and simulation results. The results illustrate the flexible integration of the elevator based on CAN buscontrol system has good scalability, dynamic performance, steady-state performance, andcan basically meet the requirements of the current elevator system.
