The dynamic studies of hydro turbines is based on the non-linear model ofgoverning system for hydro turbine, and the hydro turbine with the conduit is a complexsystem which is hard to build the dynamic model, so this paper will study the method ofdealing with a precise model for system dynamic studies.Analyze the prime mover models which have been applied in the governing systemdynamic studies, and these includes the ideal model, non-linear model and other modelbased on the turbine composite curve. Identify the hydraulic system based on theexperiment data with the ARX and ARMAX parameter model, analyze the error of outputdata from the two different identification results.Simulate the three-dimensional turbulence and the three-dimensional turbulent flowfields according to Reynolds stress equation turbulence model and Reynolds N-Sequation with the CFX commercial software, and then obtain the data that is applied inbuilding turbine neural networks model. Build the non-linear model through the methodof BP neural networks and RBF neural networks based on the data obtained fromnumerical simulation, and then analyze the accuracy of two different models. Finally,establish the dynamic model of turbine governing system, and simulate the turbine idealmodel, linear model from system identification and the look-up table model, analyzetheir frequency response and then simulate turbine governing system. |
