The Research Of The Green Space System Planning In Urban Planning Area During The Period Of Rapid Urbanization

Currently, China is in a period of rapid urbanization. With the rapid urbanization, thecities have witnessed great changes, in terms of the common progress of both the urbanand rural area and narrowing the gap between towns and cities. As a consequence, anincreasing number of migrant workers move to the big cities to enjoy the more convenientlife in cities. It is inevitably that, the rapid urbanization process has also brought all sortsof negative effects. One of the negative effects is that the boundaries of the city areexperiencing a fast expansion, which erodes the green space of city outskirts and make theecological environment and originally natural areas facing serious challenges. At the sametime, in consideration of the important role which the area of green space plays in guidingthe expansion of in urban form and supporting the environment, it is necessary toco-ordinate, manager and control this area of green space through planning means. In viewof this, this paper focuses on the study of the green space system in the urban planningarea and tries to solve the problems faced by the green space of city outskirts.Fully according to the requirements of new "Urban and Rural Planning Law", andlearning from the previous concepts of the green space in urban planning area, the papertry to built the methodology of the green space system in urban planning area for the greenspace of city outskirts, in order to make the green space of this area in coordination andcontrol. Specifically, the research steps are: Firstly, the paper analyses and summarizes thedomestic and foreign related theories and planning practices in order to find an entry pointfor this study. And then, it makes a deep study of the urban planning area and the greenspace of the urban planning area to identify its own characteristics. On this basis, itfocuses on proposing the classification, analysis and evaluation methods, the planning andlayout methods of the green space system planning in urban planning area and Improvesthe existing methodology of the green space system planning in urban planning area. Finally, the paper will illustrate the study through practical examples.This paper synthetically applied literature, comparative studies, inductive analysis,case studies and other research methods. In this paper, some innovations are also made inthe following aspects:1. the classification of the green space in urban planning area.Basing on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the green space in urban planningarea, the green space in urban planning area will be classified by functional use. In thisway, the problem of on uniform in the green space system planning in urban planning areawill be solved, and the classification also helps to lay the foundation for the layout.2. Thelayout method of the green space system planning in urban planning area, which includeanalysis and evaluations of the green space’s functional effects and the green space systemplanning methods. The former refers to learning from the analysis and evaluation methodsof the green space’s function effects of Japan’s "green basic plan", which is the basis forthe green space layout. The latter one refers to the layout based on the results of the greenspace’s analysis and evaluation, including green space layout model and layout strategies...
