VSCF wind power generators is the mainstream models for the current low powerWTG, strongly nonlinear, according to the basic condition, his control system includingboot grid, the optimal power generation, and normal downtime, emergency stop severalparts. At present, the domestic wind resource is rich, wind power market is relativelyatrophy, basic have no independent technology, the existing control technology existsstart-up, wind speed boot time consuming, orientation vector grid control technologycannot adjust generator speed,,etc.The main works of this dissertation are as follows.1. The mathematical model and the digital simulation platform are built up based onthe research on the structure,characteristics,working principle and working state of VSCFwind power generator.2. The control strategy of doubly fed wind power generator in the interconnection ofmaximum torque boot process is analysed. Grid-connected vector-control system in thesynohronization of doubly fed wind power generator can adjust stator voltage to meet thesynohronization conditions of different rotor speed, but lack of the rotor speed controlability. Therefore,a control strategy combined neural network identification and modelpredictive control is applied to rotor speed control in interconnection with pitch controlbased on the analysis of startup characteristic and speed increment control requirement.The simulation results show that the speed control effect and overcome disturbance abilityof new strategy are superior to the traditional PI controller.3. Because of the wind generator’s strong nonlinearity,the nonlinear optimal controlstrategy of wind power generator is proposed aimed at power generation process control:adjust the blade of wind turbine and the electromagnetic torque of generator by theadaptive control strategy itself with double BP neural network.It makes the bladeadjustment of wind turbine and the electromagnetic torque adjustment of generatorindependent in control mode and cooperated in effect,and coordinate the relationshipbetween the power and the rotor speed of the unit in different wind speed periods andavoid the switching of the control model for each wind speed. the optimal control havebeen proved to strategy fundamentally solves the nonlinear and multivariate controlproblem with multiple working states.
