Study On Compaction And Compaction Quality Detection Method Of Shi Tian Hignway Metamorphic Rock Subgrade

Qinba mountain Shi-Tian of expressway construction will make large amounts of softmetamorphic rock spoil,if we can use wastes of soft rock as filling materials of theexpressway,it can not only produce great economic profits,but also protect the environment.Seeing from the current research situation of soft rock, there are so many researches on thecompaction and quality inspection about fine grained soil and hard rock be used as fillingmaterials of the expressway,but few studies on the use of metamorphic soft rock, whichserious impeded the application of metamorphic soft rock filler in engineering construction.This paper studies the best compaction method suitable for the soft rock subgrade andthe methods of compaction quality testing bases on the western project of the Ministry ofCommunication and through a series of tests.1、Demonstrated the feasibility about metamorphic be used as filling materials of theexpressway base on the stuied on the particle gradation、compression characteristics、grainbreakage characteristics、density characteristics through a seriesof laboratory and field test.2、Through analysis various factors that affect the quality of subgrade compaction, putforward Static force compaction、vibratory compaction、impact compaction three methods’sadaptation for soft metamorphic rock and located in static compaction+vibration compaction,the static compaction+vibration compaction+impact compaction two compactioncombination plan for filling rolling test. RCC completed according to the grain compositionand dry density two index to compare two compaction combination scheme and compactioneffect, determine the suitable metamorphic soft rock packing best compaction method, looseshop thickness, compaction quantities parameters.3、 RCC completed of test section compaction layer,respectively used degree ofcompaction detection method、sedimentation rate detection method、deflection detectionmethod for compaction layer compaction quality inspection,and from detection efficiency、detection accuracy two aspects contrast analysis detection results of all three methods,determine suitable for metamorphic soft rock packing compaction quality testing method andrelated parameters.
