The Research On Construction Waste Recycled And Applied In Highway Engineering

With the development of economy，the increasing constructions of infrastructure likebuildings and transportation，plenty of construction garbage is created and this is hard todispose and costs lots of room of the earth，followed by the environmental pollution，brokenof the ecological balance and even affecting the sustainable development。So it is important tostudy technology the construction garbage reuse。In the recent years，our country is at theintial stage and most of the study is imperfection。In this paper，the basic properties ofrecycled aggregates range and its application in the pavement of semi-rigid base constructiontechnology are studied。Based on engineering entity and some references of foreign country；The configuration method of reclamation equipment of construction waste is studiedsystematically and relevant evaluation system is constructed。The main works are following：（1）Regeneration technologies of the construction waste from all over the world aresummarized and the merits and demerits of them for different construction waste are analyzedcomparatively，and the factors needing to be minded during the process of regeneration arementioned。The broken mechanism and the working parameters of commonly used crushingequipments are introduced and the merits and demerits of different crusher are studied，including the working situation and the application performance。（2）Summaried the performance results between the domestic and internationalclassification method on the quality of recycled aggregate and compared the characteristics ofthe different classification methods，and supplide a certain frame of reference for futureresearch。We researchde physical and mechanical properties of the recycled aggregate likesapparent density，crushing value，robustness and so on by the pilot and compared to the samespecifications of natural aggregate，to provide data and theoretical support on the study ofrecycled aggregate used in the physical works。（3）By the300m test pavement on recycled aggregate of Nei Sui High-speed road， wesystematically expounded the construction process about the recycled aggregate used inhighway projects，and deeply analysied the quality control techniques with the various aspectsof construction technology，and provide some practical experience for construction wasterecycled aggregate used in road works。 （4）The configuration method of reclamation equipment of construction waste isstudied systematically and relevant evaluation system is constructed，the joint evaluationmodel of taking production costs and production efficiency as the objective function ismentioned。...
