| Steel deck-concrete composite slab is a new one of composite structure which developsfrom the traditional concrete floor.It has good bearing capacity and remarkable economicefficiency.They have the characters of composite slabs with Plain concrete,such as smalldead load,better ductility,large overall horizontal rigidity,fast construction speed,lesstemplates,less cost etc. Also it makes full use of the material character which steel is goodat tension and concrete is good at compression,its rigidity and ductility and its anti-seismicability is very good,it can be in case of construction andreducing installation time,it alsocan make good economic etc,Steel deck-concrete composite slab is adapted increasingly inmore tall buildings In our country.At present, the flexure performance of steel deck-concretecomposite slab is given clear formula in the building code,but in the project,thenoncomposite slab is more often used,at present,the research on flexure performance ofnoncomposite slab is relatively poor, there is no clear rules in our country standard.So it isimminent to its research.This article researched on flexure performance of steel deck-concrete composite slab inthe view of this problem. This article is based on the test datas which come from the articlenamed experimental study on straight-resistance of composite slabs with light-weightaggregate concrete of North China University of Technology.we research on three picecesof composite slabs with YX-76-344-688steel deck in real size which was under the loadsdistributed in two point load with simple support,and studied the structural property andresearched on the bearing and deforming capability and analyzed flexure performance ofsteel deck-concrete composite slab by finite element method.In addition,we analyze the noncomposite slabs with YX-51-250-750steel deck byfinite element method,through the finite element analysis,we research on steel deckthickness,the concrete thickness on the top of steel deck ribs which affected the bearingcapacity of the noncomposite slabs,and compared with the outcome from the formula,atleast,it validates the applicability of the design formula about bearing capacity in the 《Codefor composite slabs design and construction》(CECS273-2010)and the 《TechnicalSpecification for Steel Structure of Tall Building》. |
