With the establishment of People’s Republic of China, the transportation has developedat a rapid speed. However, the original of the lower level road can not meet the requirementsof current traffic because of the destroyment and demand of the road. Thus, it becomes moreand more necessary to rebuild and expand the roads to satify the demands of traffic. There area lot of problems which concerns about the reconstruction, so it is difficult to determine thebest engineering solusions. In this context, it is important for Hebei and even the whole nationto improve and perfect the technology of the main road in its rebuilding and reconstructionAiming at perfecting the integrated technology of the highway’s reconstruction,improving the quality of the reconstruction, ensuring the performance of the pavementstructure, prolonging the life of the pavement, saving costs and reducing pollution to theenvironment, meanwhile complementing and perfecting the relating technical regulations, thispaper studies mainly on the following aspects:(1)To control the subsidence of the high fillsubgrade construction by full analysis of the subgrade heights and estimation of theSettlement of High Filling Sections.(2)To evaluate, estimate and classify the wet and softfoundation of the whole line and discuss the improving scheme of the control on theSettlement of wet and soft foundation. And finally introduce the desulfurization ash to the wetand soft foundation and control its subgrade by analyzing the mechanism of whichdesulfurization change the soft soil and testing the road performance of the desulfurization.(3)With people’s enhancement of awareness of environmental protection, it is necessary toreduce the impact of the construction work on the residents in the process of highwayreconstruction. Also it is in urgent need to improve the technique and machine configurationswhich can meet the requirements of the construction quality and reduce the influence of thesurrounding environment. This paper analyzes the effect of ground vibration on the buildings,and then analyzed the construction machinery noise impact on the residents, finally proposedthe compaction quality control standard when the highway crossing the residential area.
