Frozen soil is the rocks and soil containing ice collectively which temperature is belowthan0℃, and its mechanical properties and stability particularly is very sensitive to theoutstanding nature temperature. After the surface layer of asphalt pavement be constructed inpermafrost region, due to the strong endothermic effect of the black pavement, the originalvegetation of permafrost regions always be destroyed, whick will lead to the result that thewater thermal balance of Permafrost under the subgrade be broken. It will cause thawing, frost and other diseases, among all above the road subgrade differential settlement is the mostserious damage. Permafrost in Northeast China lays in the south of Eurasia permafrost, due toglobal warming intensifies in recent years, the permafrost in Northeast China degradated, increasing the occurrence of frozen soil regions roads disease.Aiming at above problem, this paper relies on the first expressway-Bo-ya section of SuiMan national highway projects in Hulunbeir City, Inner Mongolia province, whichsystematically studies the stability provlem of frozen soil subgrade. Combined with climate, geological, hydrological conditions.along the Bo-ya highway and the distribution of StateRoad301frozen soil, a detailed analysis on the distribution of permafrost of Bo-ya highwayhas been made. According to the advantages and disadvantages of frozen soil subgradedifferential settlement control measures in domestic and foreign, disposal program of bo-yahighway was proposed, and it was verificated by the test road. By the observation of the testroad subgrade settlement deformation and the analysis of frozen soil subgrade settlementafter construction, the permafrost subgrade settlement prediction model has been put forward.Compared bo-ya highway subgrade temperature observation between test road and naturalroad, the effects to bo-ya highway test road was evaluated. So it will provide guideance forthe design and construction of highway in permafrost regions.
