Analysis And Design Of City Intelligent Traffic Emergency Management System

This article mainly research work includes the following aspects.Analyze the traffic emergency business needs, constructing traffic emergency system. System through the interface, traffic will exist in the management of a variety of data butt extraction, to avoid the data repeatability collection work, make use of data more unified and effective.Through the analysis of emergency relevant materials, the emergencies related factors were analyzed in arrangement, received a variety of influence factors and the importance of its corresponding weights. According to the actual incident multiple manifestations of phenomenon, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, to evaluate the level of emergencies, according to the evaluation results and formulate the emergency plan, reasonable rapid emergency response.The commonly used conventional network to network model, and through the interface for real-time traffic flow data, traffic map data, such as traffic emergency related data. Based on traffic network path choice made more reasonable rules and the intelligent routing algorithm, the paper gets traffic evacuation optimization scheme. Member traffic induced model, USES the VMS method and induction algorithm, get reasonable traffic induced scheme.
