Transformer has8routine experiments at factory. The integrated testsystem uses a set of highly integrated system to accomplish theseexperiments. It reduces cost though the shared power and measuringequipment, uses software to realize ammeter voltmeter and power meterto reduce number of instrument, to make the test system more nimble andimprove the measurement precision. It realizes the automation andstandardization of transformer test, ensures the test quality and improvesthe efficiency.The research fruit in this paper supports the research anddevelopment of integrated test system. At first, it studied kinds ofcommonly used phase-measurement algorithm and analyzed advantagesand disadvantages of them. Then it proposed an improved testing methoddepends on defects of phase-measurement which based on Fouriertransform. After verifying the feasibility of the algorithm on Simulink, itimplemented it by programming language and did full test such as theinfluence of low-frequency harmonics, high-frequency harmonics,frequency deviation, length of analyze data, noises of DAQ system. Atlast, it used this algorithm on decision of connection of transformerwinding.Furthermore, this paper studied and designed high-precisionalgorithms of RMS, peak-to-peak value, THD, active power and apparentpower. In addition, it did full tests of RMS and active power witch wererepresentative.The test result verified that the research of this paper can satisfiedthe requirement of the research and development of integratedtransformer system.
