| According to the forthcoming implementation of building energy efficiency65%standard, the existing external wall insulation technology will face severe challenges.Traditional polystyrene material made of the organic insulation materials has poor fire,poor durability, service life being short, polluting the environment. Particularly the fireof CCTV building in2009and the building under construction at Shanghai pudongsouth road NO.1in2010, October8in the morning being occurred were an opportunityto lead a study on the application of high-performance inorganic insulation materials,and the represent of inorganic insulation material—glass beads receive attentionincreasingly. Especially glass beads represents a new generation of cement-basedinorganic thermal insulation materials, we should study deeply on the theory andconstruction technology of glass beads and apply it. To do this, first of all get mix rateabout glass beads of cement-based mortar and get the reference compressive strength,bond strength, thermal conductivity and durability indicators; then study on theconstruction technology, including processes of mortar plastering construction andprofiles; Finally, according to physical structure model, simulate the construction anduse nano-insulation wall paint as a decoration to simulate the thermal and calculate it,ultimately to get saving rate is not less than65%standard of the external wall insulationsystem. Specifically, the main contents include:(1) Based on the theory mix rate of ordinary mortar, choose the primary varietiesand the volume of glass beads, type of cement content, water, admixtures and dosage asthe main factors and choose the thermal conductivity of mortar, compressive strength,bond strength and durability as the goal to design univariate and multivariateexperiment and to get the best mix base. In this paper, L27(313) orthogonal table is used.Othogonal test is made under the interaction of the cement with fly ash, the cement withsilica fume are considered respectively. under the compressive strength of150mm×150mm×150mm cube is1.126MPa for optimal mix, thermal conductivity of Φ130mm×12mm round cake specimen is0.0698W/(m K); and the impact of various factors onglass beads thermal insulation are analyzed;(2) According to the optimum mix in (1), test the physical and mechanicalproperties of glass beads of cement-based thermal insulation to guide the engineering and construction;(3) Taking construction technology about the hanging surface and profiles formortar, research technology and methods about the interface of motor, hot and coldprocessing technology and methods of the bridge;(4) According to the successful application in (4), under using nano insulation wallpaint as the outer decorative, the construction of model insulation system and thermalsimulation about the physical structure shoud be did. After calculating, the building heatconsumption index is qH=13.46W/m2<14.65W/m2, heating coal consumption indicatorsis qc=6.355kg/m2<6.92kg/m2, they are far less than that of65%building energyefficiency standards, and the saving rate is more than65%basic standards. |
