The indoor10kV vacuum switchgear plays an import role in the power industry. Ifthe equipments in the switchgear go wrong, it will affect the normal operation of thewhole system, may lead to the power outages in the local or wide areas and cause hugeeconomic losses. Therefore, an assessing strategy of safe operation state of10kV indoorswitchgear is designed in this paper, basic safety information and scientific basis arealso provided for the performance evaluation, rational use and safe operation in order toknow the operational status of switchgear and meet the requirements of the10kV indoorswitchgear maintenance in the modern society.Firstly, on the basis of analyzing every part working principle of10kV switchgear,this article summarizes the abnormal phenomenon appearing in the operation process of10kV switchgear and its reason and then, ensures a series of parameters which canreflect fault symptoms of switchgear, and carry on research for the extraction method ofcharacteristic parameters and the selection of the sensor. Secondly, the articledetermines the evaluation model set membership function and the comments; usinganalytic hierarchy process (AHP), to identify the weight distribution of various factorsin the evaluation; according to the actual situation of10kV switchgear, proposes analgorithm based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the whole state. Finally, in orderto further judgment10kV switchgear equipment in the anomalies or failure of thespecific types, establishes the model.Through the examples, the article evaluates the whole running condition of the10kV switchgear, by using of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm. Thismethod can effectively combines to the work state of several parameters of10kVswitchgear, to assess the overall work performance about it. Through the MATLABsimulation experiment, proved the accuracy about the second method, puts forward thebasis about promptly understanding the specific health types of10kV switchgear underoperation condition.
