Analysis Of The Effect Of The Distributed Power Supply Connected To Chongming Power System

With the unique geographical advantages, Chongming Island area has abundant wind, solar energy and other green energy resources, especially wind energy.Wind power, photovoltaic power and other new energy power have been incorporated into the Chongming grid one after another, constitutes a typical distributed energy power systems. Large number of distributed power’s access operation had a certain impact on the operation of the grid. Therefore, further study of the impact on distributed power connected to the grid, turns to be an urgent problem to be solved.By analysing and researching deeply the impacts on the wind farms,solar power’s quality and equipment’s static stability, this article will put forward relevant solutions as follows:Firstly, this article introduces the situation and characteristics of the distributed power connected to the Chongming grid, then analyzes the harmonic of distributed power on the Chongming grid, and shows the impact on grid equipment’s static stability caused by large wind farm into operation after the sudden loss of wind farms.Secondly, prediction system for the distributed power’s output power has been put forward to solve the problems of static stability in this paper. This prediction system not only can provide technical support for the dispatching plan and its decision, but also create the conditions for maximizing the use of green energy.Thirdly, taking into account the higher proportion of wind power accounted for grid load, this article analysis the overload problem once the wind farm is off-grid equipment. By using existing equipments to build system of on-line monitoring for overload devices, implement short-term capacity increase, ensure that the user of the normal power supply as much as possible.Finally, in order to ensure equipments running stably and safely when the device of compatibility is absent, through the establishment of security and stability control system, the removal of part of the load, thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the Chongming grid.
