Study On Spectrum Analytical System Of Visible Spectrometer

Spectroscopy and apparatus after hundreds of years of development, has beenvery widely used in various industries and areas. Article mainly is designs canmeasure the wavelength of visible spectrophotometer spectrum analysis system,ensuring accuracy of measurement results on the basis of enhancing measuringefficiency. This paper mainly completed the following work:general structure of design Spectra system, collection systems, according todemand the use of fibre alignment dispersion system, CCD camera, data acquisitioncard, set up a spectrum of hardware parts of the system;Analysis of customer needs and functional requirements of the spectral analysissoftware, building a visible spectrophotometer spectrum system software,requirements for the acquisition of spectrum signal processing and final result data;Complete set of visible spectrophotometer spectrum system design, hardwareand analysis software. Calibration for spectral analysis system by using a standardlamp and a visible spectrophotometers for unknown wavelength detection.Instrumentation is simple, measurement of fast and high efficiency; test results areaccurate, measurement precision is greater than1nm.
