As countries “The12th Five-Year Plan”, the government pay more and more attentionto the development and utilization of energy saving equipment, especially the energy savingof the motor. The motor is a kind of electromechanical conversion device, the general type ofDC motor using mechanical brush for motor winding commutation. But because of theexistence of the brush, not only increases the overall cost of the motor, also easy to causeback emf, leading to lower the reliability of the motor. Permanent brushless dc motor doesnot use the brush the method basically has two kinds: one kind is to use sensors to collect therotor position signal; Another kind is a position sensor collection methods. Because sensorsvulnerable to the influence of the conditions around, so the latter is the key research.This paper expounds the permanent brushless dc motor of the various control scheme,then set up a permanent brushless dc motor of the transient and steady state mathematicalmodel. In order to validate the feasibility of research, in MATLAB, build the sliding modecontroller, and make use of the controller to motor speed control model, and the simulationresults show that the system can very good control motor speed, no overshoot phenomenon.It speed to a given value only small burr after fluctuations. Based on the mathematical modelof the motor, in MATLAB up a permanent brushless dc motor module, and the various partsof the simulation, the simulation results and mathematics calculation valuescorrespond.Through the simulation results and mathematics calculation values correspond.Visible, setting up the motor model is correct.Careful analysis of motor rotor is under control sensor position detection methods, inthe back emf based on method, design a kind of hardware circuit to realize the plan back emfdetection, the solution is simple, intuitive, and convenient operation; In order to solve themotor when the initial back emf low starting difficult problems caused by motor, this paperput forward by use of the "tasting" starting technology to realize the motor starter, and on thismethod based on the speed of the sliding mode variable structure control, so as to realize thestable operation of the motor. This paper used DSP2407as hardware circuit controller, baseon the control system requirements and build phasecurrent measure circuit, control circuit ofthe stop button motor, use IR2312build motor drive circuit and liquid crystal display circuit,etc.
