Design And Research On Crankcase Checking Instrument Based On Grating

Now, the domestic motorcar manufacturing industry is in a good time, and technology ofmotorcar also has achieved great advancement. But the engine of motor car in our country inpoor situation all the time, what lead to that have many reasons. Crankcase is an importantpart of motorcar engine, which also is a hard part for manufacturing and checking to breakthrough, and is the key problem whether motorcar engine can be homemade. Crankcasechecking equipment has very good equipment in other countries. If we import that equipment,that could be a great expense which is hard for us to afford. So, to develop auto-checkingequipment of our country is very important.This paper introduces auto-checking equipment of crankcase in the world and theory formanufacturing crankcase auto-checking equipment.First, based on features of checking crankcase, this paper brings up several popularprograms of checking to analysis, and I chose grating ruler based on domestic situation.Second, I design the whole checking equipment. Firstly, I design the whole program,then, I design mechanical structure. Mechanical structure design includes clamping part, basepart and checking head part. Then, movement controlling system designing includes gratingruler, servo motor and PLC, which means to control movement of the whole system.At last, this paper discusses how to analyze to data be collected, and based on that,binging up how to analyze data by software.Studying on auto-checking of crankcase has great significance for motorcarmanufacturing industry.
