The Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) has many advantages such as lightweight,highstrength,corrosive resistance,fatigue resistance and so on. FRP is effective to solve theinsufficiency of durability of the concrete structure, so that it has a bright future in thecivil engineering field.Although,FRP has the shortcoming of low young’s modulus and tensile stress-straincurve. It is different between prestressed concrete components with prestressing FRPtendons and prestressed concrete components.So we must make research on theprestressed concrete components with prestressing FRP tendons of property andcalculation method.The paper has researched on the prestressed concrete number inbending with prestressed FRP tendons,The main contents and results include:First,based on a series of experiment and plenty of research data in literature, onebind and19bind of CFRP tendons are researched to study the short-term and long-termmechanics of FRP tendons. Experimental studies demonstrate that the strength of FRPtendons in bending ultimate can reach to1643.5MPa and the young’s modulus reach to169.91GPa, which means the CFRP can satisfy the structure engineering.Second,analyzed the height of limit compression zone,which can define the modelof break form of the concrete beam prestressed with bonded FRP tendons, proposed theformula on bending capacity of concrete beam prestressed with bonded FRP tendons andtestified the formula above by compared with experiment results.Finally, using commercial finite dement software ANSYS,nonliner finite dementsimulation of prestressed concrete beams with bonded prestresseing CFRP tendons isaccomplished.Compared with experiment results, the analyze result of ANSYS finitedement simulation can report effectively about the metamorphosis, bending bearingcapacity and the bearing process. Analyzed the influences factors on bearing behavior ofprestressed concrete of strength of concrete, the ratio of prestressing FRP and thereinforing steel.At last, get the main factors are effective prestress and strength ofconcrete....
