With the development of science and technology, the high voltage DC power converter has been used more and more widely. Due to its wider and wider usage in different situations, the kinds of voltage levels the high voltage DC power converter requires also increase. How to reduce the cost and shorten the development period of high voltage DC power converter as much as possible attracts more emphasis. Most of the traditional high voltage DC power converters adopt the non-modular design scheme, which extends the development and debugging period greatly. Though the use of the modular structure may also bring some problems, such as voltage-sharing, current-sharing, etc., it only extends the preliminary stage of development. During the late stage of development, through various kinds of series-parallel combination, we can get the high voltage DC power converter of various kinds of voltage range, which could reduce the work load greatly.In order to solve this problem, this paper using modular design ideas.Working under the discontinuous conduction mode, the half-bridge series resonant circuit has the characteristics of constant current source, such as high reliability and strong ability of resisting short circuit. Sc the topology of the power supply module adopts half bridge series resonance circuit.In order to get higher output voltage charging power supply, it can be assemblied by input-parallel and output-series.However,this combination brings the problem of voltage-sharing.This paper analyzes the principle of work of double resonance capacitance half bridge series resonant circuit, and the factors of Influencing voltage-sharing of the output voltage of each module of the system.According to the principle of power conservation,this paper analysis the relationship between the sharing power of input and the sharing voltage of output,and conclude that it can make the output voltage sharing by controlling the input power sharing.By the anasysis the circuit principle of work the double resonance capacitance half bridge series resonant circuit, this paper obtain the small signal model of the system. At last,this paper design the parameters of the power supply module and the controller,then the system is simulated,and it conclude that This control strategy is feasible.
