Due to historical limitations and other causes, the original construction of the bridge cannot meet modern traffic requirements, while maintaining the bridge, there are many problems,which make the bridge demolition, renovation or reconstruction required become a realrequirment. Bridge reconstruction in the cost and impact on traffic has its unique advantages,while simultaneously lifting the bridge on the application of technology is more and moremature, which makes the bridge reconstruction transformed into a choice.In order to solve the need of multi-point for synchronous lift in the bridge on theapplication of technology, the state instability in communication system, and the complexityin control system, the paper designed a PLC distributed synchronous hydraulic system basedon PROFIBUS-DP.Firstly, understanding the system and working flow design conditions correspondinghydraulic and electrical principles, and combining with the distributed control featurespropose to the main station S7-300, S7-200from the station’s overall design. It adopts thecommunication mode of PROFIBUS-DP, and a distributed system in reliable communicationis established; meanwhile, the system combines fuzzy P self-adaptive closed-loop control andfeedforward open-loop control methods, to realize displacement synchronization in “equalbasis way”.Secondly, according to the requirements of the total design,it is designed specificlymaster and slave electric and electronic circuits, system monitoring program such as hardwareconfiguration, and in the variable-frequency drive MM420setting and control cabinet layoutis proposed to measure electromagnetic interference.Then, through the introduction of modern control theory and fuzzy system design, It ispropose a fuzzy self-tuning closed-loop control and feedforward control of open-loop controlscheme. In fuzzy controller design the control of key parameters in Matlab programming byway is computed, as PLC programming on-line to find the data collection.In software design, the PLC program is divided into the main program and a number offunctional subroutines application of modular design concept. Configuration interface designand programming is achieved the main form of intelligent monitoring systems.Finally, simulation and debugging of a two-stage device control system is used the wholeindividual and joint commissioning. Experimental shows that the whole of control systemdesigned have good features in good extensibility, stable communication that can bediagnosed, and synchronous precision within positive and negative0.3mm, which satisfies thevoice of engineer.
