| The asynchronous motor started by harmonic fields (harmonic started motor for shortin this paper) is an innovation of the performance and structure for traditional asynchronousmotor. In this paper, the principle of harmonic started motor and winding structure theoryof AC motor was utilized to propose the steps and methods of performance analysis in theprocess of harmonic started motor design. A convenient, reliable and accurateelectromagnetic design calculation program was written to accelerate the progress of thisdesign.The main content of this dissertation is summarized as follows:First of all, a subprogram for stator winding harmonic fields analyzing was written onthe basis of the winding structure theory of AC motor. In this subprogram, the content ofstator winding harmonic fields was calculated when the related parameters were given.Secondly, this dissertation has summarized the structure and principle of two familiartypes of stator winding. The general design and calculation method was deduced and asubprogram for start torque performance calculating of harmonic started motor was writtenon the basis of the chain equivalent circuit.Thirdly, a subprogram for operating performance calculating of harmonic startedmotor was written according to related reference datum. This subprogram is anelectromagnetic design calculation program for asynchronous motor of wound rotor designin fact.Finally, an example of harmonic started motor design data was given in thedissertation. The calculated data has shown that the harmonic started motor design programis validated and convenient.It is worthy of notice that this program was compiled in GUI of Matlab. There are rareprecedents of such large program compiled in the Matlab software. The program has large advantage of calculating method and graph visualization in the support of the abundantfunctions of the Matlab software. It will provide a reference work for such complexprogram writing in Matlab software. |
