Design Of The Winding System Of Magnetization Pick-up Coil In Pulsed High Magnetic Field

With the continuous improvement and development of the pulsed high magnetic fieldtechnology, the effect to scientific research supplied by the pulsed high magnetic field hasbeen recognized and understood by scientists or experts. On the other hand, the continuousdevelopment of many disciplines, such as physics, chemistry, biology, materials and soforth, set an even higher demand to the pulsed high magnetic field technology. In PulsedHigh Magnetic Field Laboratory of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,magnetization measurement system can help scientists to observe the phenomena and datasuch as Feimi surface structure, the superconductivity critical parameters. As the winding ofpick-up coil has a particular process and precision needs, the design of winding system hasimportant significance. In this paper, the design of the winding system of magnetizationpick-up coil is researched. The thesis mainly contains following contents:First of all, the paper describes the relevant background knowledge of the pulsed highmagnetic field, This paper introduces the base Facility of the pulsed high magnetic fieldlaboratory, emphatically describes the magnetization measurement system in detail, proposethe basic requirements of the winding system depending on the winding method, andexpounds the pick-up coil and the winding system.Then, the paper divides the winding system of magnetization pick-up coil intomechatronic platform and control system, and respectively expounds two parts in detail.Among it, mechatronic platform is divided into four parts: feeding module, tensionadjustment module, micro-displacement module, reel module, control system uses MCU forthe control chip, the system is divided into two parts: driver module and control module.At last, the specific realization, the use process and the precautions of the windingsystem are discribed, accomplish this system, and achieves a good result.
