As a typical magnet material, Hexagonal ferrite is widely used in permanent magnetmotors, magnetic separation equipments and various electronic devices. Due to its uniquematerial properties and the huge market application potential, the further developmentand innovation of permanent ferrite to promote its miniaturization and high-performanceand meet different application requirements has become one of the hotspots of permanentmagnet materials.The ion replacement and little material added modification properties of strontiumferrite (SrM), which is prepared by powder metallurgy preparation and molding processof ceramic materials, is the research object of this paper. Then, the influence law of theLaCo joint replacement, LaCoZn composite replacement and little material addedmodification on the high-performance permanent ferrite and the related mechanism arespecifically discussed using modern analytical testing methods.The first chapter systematically absorbs the full text. The crystal structure theory ofM-type hexagonal strontium ferrite ion substitution is selected as the starting point. Andcentered by the terms of lattice structure, the basic theories of the ion crystal, themagnetic source and the morphology of LaCo joint replacement, LaCoZn compositereplacement and little material added modification are specifically discussed.The content from Chapter II to Chapter IV is the core part of this article. Theyrespectively are the experimental foundation, the technology of Strontium Ferrite ionreplacement and little material added modification.Chapter II describes the method for sample preparation and particle size test in details,XRD test, VSM test, SEM test, permanent magnetic performance testing analysisand so on.In Chapter ш and IV,Firstly the basic formula and experimental process are designed,in which included LaCo joint replacement and LaCoZn composite replacement.Secondly, the once addition of SiCa, secondary addition of LaCo are designed in thelittle material added modification research. Besides,the structure and magnetic properties of strontium Ferrite are concretely and deeply analyzed form the several aspects ofphase,morphology, intrinsic and technical magnetic properties. We also obtain therelevant laws that affect their changes, from which we achieve a satisfactoryexperimental results.Chapter V is the full-text conclusion. It Comprehensive analyzes the factors whichinfluence the structure and magnetic properties of Strontium Ferrite, explores the centralexperimental conclusions of every chapter and put forward further visions andperspectives on current research results.
