The colloidal crystal templates are infiltrated via an electrochemical deposition method.We discuss the influence of different potential and temperature, and choose the optimal condition to obtain a large area of three-dimensional ZnO inverse photonic crystals with ideal structure.In addition, TiO2inverse photonic crystals are prepared as well. 3.
