Along with the rapid economic development of our country, the traffic demand is growing,a lot of places highway appear different degree of damage and the influence of commonphenomenon, but these highway transport capacity in the road network for having the effectthat cannot replace, so for the original highway maintenance construction is very important.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the construction section, according to thecharacteristics of working in the establishment of the cellular automata as the foundation ofhighway traffic flow model and working in the lane changing model, and in MATLABplatform independent programming formed the construction section traffic simulationsoftware. Next to the highway traffic capacity of working in the research methods,determination by the simulation analysis and correction coefficient method of comprehensivetraffic capacity of precipitation calculated. Using simulation software to influence againconstruction section of the traffic capacity cart proportion, and section length and lane closedform simulation analysis, and concludes that the correction coefficient. Finally usingcorrection coefficient formula in the construction section traffic capacity calculation andanalysis.
