The door is the important constituent of heavy duty trucks, its not only to prevent thedisturb to the driver from the outdoor and have the function of airproof, windproof,rainproof;but also need to make sure that with enough rigidity to make it won’t happensinking and deformation phenomenon in the opening and closing of process frequently; makesure the minimal survival space for the driver in some dangerous conditions, the door shouldhave enough stiffness and strength;in working condition, it won’t because of its ownresonance occur with other components and reduce the cab comfort. At present, due todynamic performance study of the door of heavy duty trucks less relatively, so this articlemake the heavy duty truck door in domestic as study object,it is significant to improve safetyand comfort of heavy duty truck.Finite element analysis and modal test analysis are combined to analyze the door ofheavy duty trucks. It applies mainly with mode test analysis and HyperMesh analysis softwareon the dynamic performance for research. In the process of modal test analysis,place the doorfree firstly,then strike it with a hammer as incentive and collect the response signal in areasonable point, finally deal with the experimental data and get the frequency and vibrationmodel of the door; In finite element analysis process, found model of the door by CATIAsoftware firstly, and then use HyperWorks simulation method to analyze the model by freeand constraint condition; In the end,through comparison the modal test analysis result withfinite element analysis result, verify the reasonable of simulation model and the creditable ofresult of model analysis.Then check its sinking stiffness, the torsional rigidity, staticpressure,if there is something irrational, put forward reasonable solution to optimize.After study in this article, we found that redistribute the size of the door, change thesingle dimension can improve the dynamic properties of the door,weaken the affect ofvibration and noise Changing the shape of crash bar can improve the stiffness performance.And all of these have utility value for the production of heavy truck door.
