In recent years, with the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region the rapid development ofsociety and economy, Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos economy encircles build, autonomous regionenergy continues to export, area of the trunk road traffic volume increases rapidly, since thebeginning of2009, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region part of the highway had a serioustraffic jams, temporarily caused the wide attention of society and media. In the face of therapid growth of traffic flow and road congestion is increasingly serious, the autonomousregion has adopted many measures, of which, G6of Beijing Tibet high speed Hohhot toBaotou expansion project,110State Road and to Hohhot highway expansion project,G7Beijing high-speed Han Jiaying to Hohhot construction engineering this three big projectsis a municipality to take the effective solution to Beijing hides a freeway increasingly severecongestion of the significant move of the problem. This paper focuses on the study of Beijinghides a freeway to the package called the section reconstruction process of roadbeddifferential settlement control technique, the main research contents include the followingaspects:(1) Select the different geological section, through the geological investigation andindoor soil test analysis of road widening project of new foundation character changes.(2) The establishment of highway widening finite element model, analysis of differentialsettlement characteristics of old road. And to study the effect of different conditions ofhighway widening of differential settlement changes.(3) Analysis of new and old roadbed combination treatment method, analysis of differentstep sizes of excavation and geocell laying on the old road of differential settlement influence.(4) In the process of highway widening differential settlement control technology inroadbed compaction control and processing, etc.
