With the rapid growth of the city car ownership, the traffic problems of traffic congestion and themotor vehicle exhaust pollution become increasingly prominent. The center of dynamic traffic guidancesystem shows a huge advantage and potential in alleviating congestion, reducing pollution and so on. Buton one hand because the involved algorithm and model is more complex, at present the accuracy andreliability of traffic information was provided by the center of dynamic traffic flow guidance is not ideal;On the other hand it often use travel time us single objective function for object, incompatible with theactual traffic travel choice characteristics. According to this, the key technologies of the city road networkwere studied with the center of dynamic traffic guidance system considering emission in this paper.This paper analyses the existing main problems of the center of dynamic traffic flow guidance systemof the city road network in the application at present, according to the characteristics of complexity,accuracy, timeliness of the algorithm of section dynamic travel time prediction model, this paper researcheson the section dynamic traffic flow prediction method based on adjacent traffic information from theassociation between the section, on the assumption that the basis of the road vehicle distribution model andoperation principle, and give steps of the section dynamic travel time prediction algorithm; According tothe problem only relates to a single objective function of the path optimization, the paper structure thedouble-objective optimal path model, introduce the shortest travel time and the minimum vehicle emissionsas optimized object,and research on the double-objective optimal path algorithm based on the algorithm ofthe k-the shortest circuit and complexity of the algorithm was discussed, and the example analysis wasgiven.Finally, this paper also put forward the further contents to be studied, including how to reflect trafficoperation condition more really in the model and to determine the weight of time and emissions, etc, to setthe direction for future research.
